The details behind using our website, exploring our apps, and working together.
01About these terms
These terms describe use of the iOS Apps website and provide general information about the independently published apps and services it presents. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to mmasri@email.com.
Each app is also subject to the license terms displayed on its App Store listing. Where no custom license applies, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. These website terms do not replace that license or Apple’s purchase terms.
02The app catalog and selected projects
Descriptions, screenshots, ratings, release dates, compatibility, and version information are provided to help you explore the catalog. They are snapshots and can change. Check the current App Store listing and the app itself for available features, supported devices, pricing, and regional availability.
Some showcased work is published by another organization. PilotLink, for example, is published by Pilotlink LLC. Its service terms, support responsibilities, and privacy policy are those of its publisher. Development credits do not imply ownership or operation of every service shown.
03Acceptable use
Use the website and apps lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, or misuse content or personal information. Any restrictions on an app’s use remain subject to its license and rights that applicable law protects.
04Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. The price, billing period, trial terms, and included features are shown in the purchase flow. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase unless cancelled. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings.
For a trial you do not want to renew, Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund, and deleting an app does not cancel its subscription. Applicable consumer rights and regional rules remain unaffected.
See Apple’s instructions to manage or cancel a subscription or request a refund. Apple determines refund eligibility for purchases it processes.
05Information and third-party content
Apps may display information supplied by external providers. Availability, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness can vary. Screenshots can show historical values. Financial, market, news, or other informational content is not personalized professional advice or a guarantee of an outcome. Verify information independently before relying on it for important decisions.
Third-party websites, advertisements, and services have their own terms and policies. A link does not imply endorsement or control over those services.
06Intellectual property
App artwork, software, branding, text, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute or commercially exploit protected materials beyond the relevant license or rights allowed by law.
Apple, iPhone, iPad, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. This is an independent website and is not operated or endorsed by Apple.
07Development and consulting engagements
Project scope, deliverables, timing, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, and support are agreed separately in writing. An enquiry or a visit to this website does not create a services contract, a delivery commitment, or a confidentiality agreement. Share only the information needed for an initial discussion until appropriate arrangements are in place.
08Availability, responsibility, and your rights
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but it may be updated, interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for every purpose.
App warranties, remedies, and liability are governed by the applicable app license and law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
09Updates and contact
These terms may be revised when the website or services change. The revision date appears at the top of this page. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to a purchase or a signed services agreement. For questions, app support, or a project enquiry, email mmasri@email.com.
