A clear explanation of information, permissions, and your choices across our website and apps.
01Scope and responsibility
This policy explains how iOS Apps handles information through this website, support communications, and independently published apps that link to this policy. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the operator of iOS Apps. Contact mmasri@email.com with privacy questions or requests.
Our apps have different features. The sections about advertising, purchases, permissions, and connected services apply only where the relevant feature is present. Read the app’s in-app disclosures and App Store privacy information alongside this policy. An app-specific privacy notice provides further detail for that app.
Selected development projects published by other organizations, including PilotLink, are operated under their publishers’ own privacy policies. Showcasing a project here does not make iOS Apps the operator of that service.
02Information when you visit this website
You can browse the catalog without creating an iOS Apps account. The website does not include advertising SDKs, analytics scripts, an embedded Instagram feed, or a form that stores submissions.
- Website delivery and security. Hosting and network providers process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events, to deliver and protect the site.
- Theme preference. Your light or dark preference is stored locally in your browser. It is not sent to an analytics service. Clear the website’s browser data to remove it.
- External links. App Store, social, and professional profile links open those services only when selected. Their handling of your information is governed by their own policies.
The website itself does not set marketing or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use essential security or authentication storage when providing access to the site.
03Email, support, and project enquiries
When you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments or details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, investigate support issues, discuss requested services, and maintain relevant correspondence. Email is processed through the email providers involved in delivery and storage.
Include the app name and version for support. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card information, private keys, recovery phrases, or other sensitive information that is not needed to resolve your request. Opening an email link does not send a message automatically.
04App content, permissions, and connected features
Data handling depends on the app and the features you use. Information entered into an app can include preferences, notes, records, or other user-created content. Device-only features process their content locally; features that retrieve online information, synchronize data, or connect to another service involve that service.
Online services receive technical information needed to respond to requests, including an IP address. Additional information depends on the feature and its disclosures. A local-only feature should not be interpreted as a statement that every component of an app, such as advertising, also operates offline.
Apps request access to protected device features when required for their functionality. You can review and change permissions in iOS Settings. Withdrawing access can limit the feature that relies on it. For questions about the exact data used by a particular app, contact us with its name and version.
05Camera and TrueDepth face data
AR Mind Reader and Face Recognition! use the camera and Apple’s TrueDepth APIs to respond to facial movements, including movement of the eyes and mouth. Camera permission is required for these features and can be withdrawn in iOS Settings.
For these features, camera images and derived face or depth data are processed on the device during the active session. They are not retained after that session, uploaded to our servers, shared with third parties, or used for advertising, tracking, or profiling.
06Advertising and your choices
Some of our apps use Google AdMob to display advertising. This website does not display AdMob ads. In apps with AdMob, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK can process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, app interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service performance. The data involved depends on the SDK version, configuration, consent, and device settings.
Review the app’s privacy choices and iOS tracking settings to manage the choices available to you. Declining tracking permission does not necessarily prevent all advertising or the processing needed to deliver and measure ads. Regional consent choices and Apple’s tracking permission serve different purposes.

07App Store purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes payments made through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apps can use transaction or subscription-entitlement information to unlock purchased features, restore purchases, or determine subscription status. Apple also makes sales and performance reporting available to developers under its own terms.
For information about Apple’s handling of purchases and account information, see the Apple Privacy Policy. Subscription management is explained in our Terms of Service.
08Service providers and disclosures
Information is handled by providers involved in hosting, email delivery, App Store purchases, and advertising, where those services are used. They process information under their applicable policies and contractual responsibilities. For services specific to an app, consult that app’s privacy notice and in-app disclosures.
We may disclose relevant information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect users, service security, and legal rights. External websites and apps have their own practices; linking to them does not extend this policy to their services.
09Retention and deletion
Support and business correspondence is retained while needed to respond to an enquiry, provide requested services, keep necessary business records, or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements; we do not promise a single deletion period for every record.
Device-local data can generally be removed through the app’s controls or by deleting the app. Deleting an app does not necessarily delete iCloud copies, device backups, information held by a connected service, or records that you have shared separately. It also does not cancel a subscription.
To request deletion of information held by us, email mmasri@email.com and identify the app or correspondence concerned. We may need proportionate verification before acting. Data retained by Apple, Google, or another independent provider is also subject to that provider’s retention policies and request procedures.
10Privacy rights and consent
Depending on where you live and which rules apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing is based on your requested service or contract, consent where required, legitimate interests such as security and responding to enquiries where permitted, or a legal obligation. These bases depend on the specific activity.
Send requests to mmasri@email.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements. You may also have a right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
11Children and age-appropriate use
App age ratings describe content suitability and do not replace parental supervision or privacy requirements. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate permission, contact mmasri@email.com with the relevant app or communication so that we can investigate and address it.
Parents and guardians should review an app’s features, permissions, and any app-specific children’s privacy notice before use. The advertising section does not authorize the processing of children’s information contrary to applicable requirements.
12Security and international processing
Information is handled with care appropriate to its purpose. No internet service, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Hosting, email, platform, and advertising providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable data-protection requirements and provider safeguards govern those transfers.
13Changes and questions
We update this policy as the website, apps, services, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Material changes that require additional notice or consent will be handled as required. For questions about this policy or a particular app, contact mmasri@email.com.
